Premier Dan Andrews has announced that people in Melbourne not wearing a mask when away from home will be subject to a $200 fine after Wednesday night.
Students aged 12 years and older will have to wear a mask travelling to and from school and while at school, but teachers will not have to wear a mask while teaching. [PROBLEM - How are the teachers going to be able to tell which students are talking when they shouldn't be?]
