Interest rate rise only 0.25%
ABC News, 4 Oct 2022 The Reserve Bank has raised
the cash rate for the sixth consecutive month, from 2.35 per cent to
2.6 per cent, the rise of 0.25 per cent being lower than
many economists had predicted.
With early works nearing
completion, tenders to construct the new Legana Primary
School building have been called. Teaching of students is
expected from the start of 2025.
Education minister Roger
Jaensch has announced that a new Department for
Education, Children and Young People commenced on 1
October 2022.,
