(a) The 2018 Easter break (Fri 30 Mar - Tue 3 Apr 2018) falls DURING Term 1.
(b) Fri 13 Apr 2018 is a K-10 student free day: K-10 students finish Term 1 on Thu 12 Apr 2018.
(c) Mon 23 Jul 2018 is a K-10 student free day: students commence Term 3 on Tue 24 Jul 2018.
(d) Fri 26 Oct 2018 is a K-10 student free day in the LSSR (ie, for southern region schools) - the day after Hobart Show Day.
(e) Fri 2 Nov 2018 is a student free day in the LSNR (ie, for northern region schools).
(f) Teachers in schools in ISOLATED areas finish on the same day as students, ie Thu 20 Dec 2018.

Unless otherwise noted, "students" refers to both K-10 and college (Years 11 and 12) students. "K-10" stands for "Kindergarten to Year 10".
